I totally believe Ghost Rider will flatten Spidey.(Sorry!) But really, when you watch him, you just get fascinated. The movie was AWESOME!

spiderman... he can swing from one building to another while ghostrider can only ride a bike.
oo and the ghostriders mind taker thing is just stupid. you could just run and he couldnt do it to you.
ghostrider wont harm spiderman cause he is good, that stare thing will never work on spiderman, n spiderman is smart so he could most likely find a way to stop ghostrider, so i say spiderman but it will be one of spidermans touhest battle...
Ghost Rider.... DUH! Did you see the movie??? His kicks butt (srry for my rude language)... I've never seen spiderman movies so i'm sorta going for favs i guess
Ghost Rider could defeat Spider-Man. Either version of G.R. could. While Spidey is basically good, he's still had some dark times that the Penence stare would effect. Plus, despite his being able to swing on his webs, that chain of Ghost Rider's would take care of the webs and his bike is faster than Spider-Man.
I would say Ghostrider.
