Go to your states website. They should have a list of local shows and fairs. This is a good time since Spring and Summr are around the corner. since you are so young you may also want to contact your scools, community centers etc to seeif you could play at some of the dances. Also, if you have a local alternative/entertainment newspaper that would also be a good place to ge the word out. good luck to you!
You can't because your band sucks....I've heard them....are you serious....
Call local clubs, dance spots, etc. Provide them with a sample of your music or whatever you're doing.
try going to local restaurant that are hip for teens and talk with the managers about the opportunity of live performance that is your best chance.
