No, no1 ever finds out that he was actually built by Anakin, although c3po did see anakin again in cloud city when he went into that room where he got blasted and DV recognised him.

as the other person said, c3p0 got a routine memory wipe in episode 3. His chassis was also changed by his several owners, and since most of his parts were scavanged from Cybot Galactica 3p0 models, once the chassis and memories were changed, even anakin prolly wouldn't have recognized them, even if he had encountered them on the Tantive IV.
