Can anyone help me find a cartoon I used to watch?!
Question: I'm around 14, and when I was younger there was a cartoon I used to watch with my big brother that I want to find again. I can't remember the title or any of the characters names, but I remember various details.
For example: The lead character was ( I'm pretty sure) a female vigilante, and she worked with a panther that had the brain of her childhood friend, whom she thought was dead. She also made friends with a young pickpocket boy. I also seem to recall the opening being very melodic, but I could be wrong about that. I think I saw it around the late 90s.
So, if anyone can recognize what cartoon I'm talking about, please tell me.
