Question: please answer.....!!!!!!!

Answers: please answer.....!!!!!!!

*Spoiler*
It was because he wanted to leave his son with a great power and to become a hero just like the character in Jariya story in which naruto got his name also making Jariya his godfather as well

The fourth hokage did that because he needed to save the village for one and also why he chose naruto in general, i have no idea maybe b/c he's his son.

the fox had uncontolable power and attacked the village so the hokage had to seal the power in sacfiicing(note:naruto gets out of control when he has more than 4 tails)and the forth hokage is naruto's dad

The forth hokage sealed the 9 tailed fox in naruto because it would have destroyed the leaf village otherwise, this way it's chakra was locked inside of naruto.

I can't believe that other person just ruined a part of the plot for you if you haven't watched all of naruto yet - IT'S AMAZING!!! :D

He did it because he could save the village. The Nine-Tailed Fox is a highly destructive demon that was unleashed on the village out of no where. The 4th Hokage sealed it inside Naruto so that the Nine-Tailed Fox wouldn't harm anyone. Its is said that the 4th Hokage wanted to give son power to so he can one be a hero/protect the village.

Naruto Rocks!!!!!
