Well, if he doesn't feed, Galatus weakens and can be stopped by someone who might overpower him.
Other than that, the ultimate nullifier is probably your best choice.
However, if you kill Galactus the universe is screwed, since his death would release a being called Abraxas who is the embodiment of destruction in the Marvel Universe
not sure of the exact terminologies used to describe it but during Annihilation event in Marvel Comics, Galactus was tied down and used as a power source by Annihilus using the energy that Galactus gets when he eats planets
In his first encounter with the Fantastic Four (waaay back in Fantastic Four #49 - 1966), Mr. Fantastic threatened Galactus with the Ultimate Nullifier and with the prospect of being destroyed arising for the first time, Galactus leaves the earth.
