Haha, in case you didn't notice, they all got really 'big'.
In Naruto they were 12 year old kids, in Naruto Shippuden they are 15 year old teenagers. I'm pretty sure that if you look back, you were a lot smaller as a kid than a teen as well. 12 -15 years of age is also the age for growing and growth spurts.
Maybe Hinata just happened to have a large growth spurt; whatever way - she's really pretty.

They were all like 11 or 12 before Shippuuden. Human body is generally developing at this age until it reaches maturity.

um well..its normal, she was like 12 like naruto and shippuden, did you expect her to stay small, we are humans, all of us grow, and you should be happy of how hott hinata got, her hair even got long, sakura is no match for hinata if you ask me.
she got bigger to keep us interested in her....big....
