id have Guy Gardner as the Green Lantern, Barry Allen as the Flash, Shiera sanders as Hawkgirl, Bruce Wayne as the otherworlds gaslight Batman, Black Adam, Ollie Queen as the Green Arrow, Powergirl, Floyd Lawton as Deadshot, or Slade Wilson as Deathstroke(theyre kind of on the grey side of things, this could be one of the good periods), Doctor Fate, Martian Manhunter, Donna Troy, and i need some more magic in there, so Zatanna.
