the way marvel is currently explaining is that everything did happen, but that no one really thinks about it/remembers it.

this is how joe quesada, marvel's eic explain the situation, which isn't really a satisfying explanation for continuity geeks :)

So in other words, marvel really has no idea how to deal with the intricacies in the post OMD universe, they just want to get where they are right now, that is - a single peter parker spider-man, and they'll figure out the rest later if they can finally think of a decent way to explain things. for now, everything in civil war happened, captain america is still dead, the registration is still in place, but peter parker is now single and no one knows his secret identity anymore. other changes if there are any, will be slowly revealed in the upcoming brand new day stories in amazing spidey
then we see her make a cell phone call to wilson fisk. she made a deal with him to use his connections to get the charges dropped against peter in return for him agreeing to let her live but let may go peacefully instead of sending someone to finish the job. Report It

    I think captain america is still dead but gave the mantle of "captain america" to bucky. I'm not sure about the other part of your question, sorry.

    Civil war still happened. Spiderman just never unmasked. they didnt exactly explain what his role was in civil war yet.
    Spidey is an unregistered hero.

    They mentioned in Brand new day that spiderman hasnt been seen in months, so I figure at the beginning of civil war he stopped fighting crime.
