Yes Naruto has been dubbed.
Currently it is on episode 135. So there are still 85 episodes left until Naruto is done and Naruto Shippuden can start. A new dubbed episode of Naruto comes out every Saturday at 10:30 on Cartoon Network/Adult Swim.

The dubbed isn't as great as the original though, so I highly suggest watching the subbed version.

yes there is an english dubbed but I prefer that u watch online or buy a subtitled version it is much better to watch the anime in its orignal language
