I think thw "died" word is a little bit wrong to used on Orochimaru.He's defeated by Sasuke,yes.But he's not dead yet.From the mangan we could see that Orochimaru possesed Kabuto's body but it's just a half so he hasn't dead,but so weak at the moment...
I only see fourth tail so far but I think it'll be keep appearing as the adventure still continue,but however I don't think the ninth tail will appear since if the ninth tail appears,it means :
1.Naruto's seal was destroyed and the Kyuubi's free.
2.Naruto could tame the Kyuubi
But kyuubi is so fierce and most likely it'll be hard to tame it so we'll leave the 2nd option.As for the 1st option it's possible since we could make crack on the seal (like Jiraiya did) but if the seal is completely unsealed(which means ninth tail appears) it means Naruto can't seal Kyuubi inside him anymore...Even if he use Yondaime's fuuin jutsu it means Naruto'll be dead as well (Like Sandaime and Yondaime)
But time will reveal everything I guess...

saddly however orochimaru doesn't die and they won't get sasuke back for a while
ahem, only the 4-tailed. orochimaru won't die yet. It's further into the anime. And even then he doesn't truly die. Yeah, it sucks. Sasuke is still evil too. Which means bring on Team Hebi!!!
