the rinnegan is better because anyone who has Mangekyou Sharingan will ventually go blind.
well we have not seen everything the rinnegan can do and we have not seen everything the mangekyou can do and plus the mangekyou has another secret we have yet to find out so its hard to choose which is the strongest but i will go with the mangekyou sharingan anyways
Correcting. In magma episode 386 Itachi says that madara is not as strong as he was and lives in the shadows. Pervit Hermit said that Rinnegan was the eyes of the gods or something like that. Also he fought Pein head on and lost. When he fought Itachi, Itachi ran and Pervit Hermit wasn't in full Hermit mode
