Kenko Zenrakei Suieibu Umisho, Dennou Coil , Mushi-Uta, Kimikiss pure rouge, Bakuretsu Tenshi, Lovely Complex, Gundam 00?, Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro, Tsubasa Tokyo Revelations?,?, ?, Fuko from Clannad, Potemayo.
And the girl holding up the sign is from Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro.

Whoops I meant the girl holding the sign is from Shion no Ou (http://myanimelist.net/character.php?id=... ) I remember seeing somewhere that she held up signs instead of talking. For some reason I always get those two mixed up.. anyways some of them are a guess, I'm not sure about 3, 7, 9, 10, 11 (left to right).

The guy in the picture the third from the right looked familiar, I remembered baseball, did a search, and I think he's from Ookiku Furikabutte, which is on that list.

Sorry don't know but I think the four animes, Death Note was one of them, that were listed below, the pictures are scenes from those animes.

Stuff in red are things we are ALL certain of. Things in blue are area's of dispute.
I think the picture of the guy and girl in the hat is from Mushi-Uta like =), but since I have only seen the first season of Higurashi- I won't count out Mion or Shion (or someone else) having their hair like that.
The picture of the Mech looks closest to Bokurano (http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?id=1690 ). But since it is a silhouet at a bad angle and low resolution- it could be a different mech. I'm pretty certain it's not from Code Geass, though...
Lastly, I am almost certain that this picture is of Ennis from Baccano! But there was some disagreement, so I marked it blue.
There's one little guy in there no one has named yet, either. I recognize him... but I can't place him.

the pic right next to it with the two girls in matching vests are risa & some cross-dressing boy from lovely complex
the third pic from the left is keiichi and either mion or her twin sister shion from higurashi no naku koro ni (or ni kai which is the 2nd season)

and the girl with the gun might actually be from burst angel (bakuretsu tenshi) but it's hard to tell cuz that show as well as VVV have red-headed gunslingers. lol.
