Question: Tv shows in america are bull S**** just the plot lines on many of them are so stpuid. there not even worth watching. Shows in different countries for exapmle Japan there shows are amazing *Anime* Just the drawings and detail of the work is brilliant. it has so much emotion to it and actually makes sense. shows in america look like a 5 year old drew the charcacters there plot lines are usally worthless and im immature. Another thing i dont understand is how in differnt countires kids younger then 12 are aloud to view nudity, violence, death, murder and more but then in america parents are like well i dont want my kids viewing it. I Mean come on its not like they dont no what it is. Below i have a amercian vidoe *Spongebob*
And a japan tv show *Death Note* Please View a segment of both and tell me wich one is actually worth watching.

I'm into both, despite what people may say.
I loved American cartoons during childhood; back then I only know some kiddies' stuffs like Scooby-Doo, Yogi Bear, Flintstones, Mickey Mouse, Bugs Bunny.... as I grew up I heard about Family Guy, The Simpsons and Futurama - I heard nasty stuffs but since I wasn't fluent in English, I ignored them anyway.
In teenage years I began to know anime; they had been shown together with American cartoons as well - but of course, I only could recognize that Bugs Bunny is from America and Voltron (despite it shown in English) is from Japan.
Even as years passed, although I love to talk anime stuffs but when it comes to watching, I still can watch American cartoons.
Violence? Mature scenes? Even dramas promote violence, why can't cartoons and animes?
Anime promotes bad morales? Who said that, when Daffy Duck can be shot by 50 hunters - with bullets hit the target - and still alive?
Cartoons are made by kids for kids? Wow, I think I can imagine 5-year-old kids drawing, coloring, animating, using computers, selling and whatever is behind the scenes. 8D
When parents don't want kids to watch violence and murder in anime, what they should consider is... the real thing that had no violence, murder and whatsoever is Barney and Friends and Sesame Street - educational ones. Not Spongebob Squarepants.
Yeah, I watch anime more than cartoons, but I still like to watch cartoons - Avatar, Totally Spies, even The Emperor's New School and Spongebob Squarepants and Oggy and the Cockroaches. They're good as tension relief. =^_^=

I don't understand - you're contradicting yourself.
On one hand you are promoting other countries work when it comes to animation. Yet on the other hand you are discrediting them by viewing them as irresponsible for showing explicit material....
I'll just give you my opinion:
Not all American cartoons are bs - some are considerably good; however I have yet to come upon one seeing as I have dropped watching American cartoons. And yes you are right that other forms of animation - take Japanese anime for example, do have better plots and do show more emotion and personality put into a character.
When it comes down to explicit and provocative material in a cartoon/anime -- it's a little different. I feel that it's up to the parents if they let their children watch the kind of stuff that is shown in Japanese anime. Maybe people in America just aren't ready for it -- plus some other countries are advanced and more mature hence the reason why that kind of stuff is shown and viewed as okay.
Personally, I loved watching Spongebob when I was a kid -- however now anime is about the only thing I watch. Main reason for this is because it's more mature and more sophisticated and can be reached on many different levels. I'm going to stop before I give you a whole essay -- but just for the record I loved Death Note XD
You know what....Yeah AMerican Cartoons are so F#@K#N lame that its like what the hell... I dont watch many cartoons . I like the simpsons and Family Guy and thats about it.
I'd rather watch japanese anime with huge breasted teen school girls and all that cute and not so cute plots. Better than watching a stupid sponge with stupid square pants.

I've said this before and I will say it again... CRAP COMES OUT OF JAPAN TOO. You live in America (or some english nation), so you get everything that is produced here. You get the crap and the good unfiltered.
However, no one cares enough to bring the crap from Japan over- only the good stuff....

Do you want me to go on??? You haven't seen this crap, because you are not directly exposed to it. You have to go out searching to find this kind of crappiness. Until you do, I want you to rethink this "honesty" position of all american tv=crap, and all japanese tv=gold.
