I think that he still See's him as a friend,but doesn't really want to admit it. He is to consumed by hatred and revenge for his brother,so that he really can't see or understand what he's doing. Not only Naruto,but everyone else wants to try and save him. All Sasuke thinks of Naruto though is just a friend and a comrade.

I think deep down inside he still likes Naruto as his best friend but his hatred and the need for revenge took over him. I'm pretty soon in manga they will meet and Sasuke will admitt something to Naruto about his feelings or something like that.

i think that sasuke feel a tinge bit of sadness/regret. just a tinge.
as for the pages...idk...i think he was just... its realy hard to put into words... i feel its kinda like "i dare you to keep talking"... in a aloof way... but thats only part of it...
Nothing. He has repeatedly shown a lack of compassion or empathy for him. I have no idea where these other ideas are coming from.
He has only shown a desire to get stronger and kill his brother since Shippuuden.
