I take it you're talking about Tsubasa RC (Reservoir Chronicles)? Unfortunately the anime doesn't follow the story of the manga at all...somewhere around the middle it just develops a life of its own...actually it's episode 37...Did you watch Tokyo Revelations? Anyway, try to start reading somewhere around the 90ies...The part before that is mostly contained in the anime and if it isn't it's not that horribly important...the really important stuff starts around chappy 100, I think...but if i were you, i'd start from the beginning, cuz the manga is far more sophisticated than the anime and you'll get the details as well...
theres usually 3 episodes to a book in regular manga, but i dont know how many books have been released... im guessing it would be around 16 but i dont really know for sure... sorry...
You should start around chapter 104- 106. That's in either volume 13 or 14 of the manga.
The last 15 of so episodes of the anime was not in the manga at all.
