Animation is booming in almost every country right now.It's already big in Japan, United states and Canada.It is a growing industry in India.
You have to know that initial salaries will never be very high.You start off small, no matter which country you work in, and you work your way to the top and earn higher salaries.
Before thinking of going 'abroad' it would really help you a lot if you brush up your English.
Otherwise chances of getting a high-paying job in the animation industry is virtually impossible... unless you are interested in animating only for a particular language.
I hope of getting into the animation industry too
