wow, people aren't respecting this question. This doesn't deserve to be reported anyways. So here goes my answer:
1. The Land of Night
2. Village Hidden in the Dark
3. It was started around the same time of Konoha. It has night and day but the stars really shine at night and it's rather beautiful so the country's name is after the night time. And since it's night, the village is named after the darkness.
4. ? BG? Uh, sorry, what does that stand for?
5. Tsukimizu-sama, a daimyo. (tsuki meaning moon... mizu, idk what it means but it sounded cool to go along with tsuki.)
6. It had a war with the Rock which led to it's civil war to see what side it would take in the Shinobi Wars. It's now a split country.
7. People love to come to see the stars and moon. Also the shrine of foxes (I've got a thing for foxes.). It's a masterpiece, and it was made before the Konoha attack. Though it has the 9-tailed on it.
8. Hm, a Jinchuriki came here from hiding after leaving their village from mistreatment. Not too many people know of this though of course because the sealing did not happen here.
9. YUP! But I'm on a little trip seeing Konoha and Suna.
10. Yes, very strong. It's one of the stronger nations.
11. We have an Akatsuki member that came out of our village that surprisingly isn't me since everyone knows I love that organization! And we have other S-Rank Rouge Ninja that have escaped. The latest group being formed because of the Oto's little plan to take over everyone and everything.

13. Suna and Konoha, the bond has stregnthened with the new attacks going around. Also the waterfall and mist. But my friends come from Suna and Konoha.
14. Oto, Rock, Grass, the other half of Naito (Night).
15. Yes, we have several major ones. Some being able to asorb the light for a unique attack also labeled "Blind", an ice type clan with ice kekkei genkai, and others.
16. Our country borders Somewhat in between Suna and Konoha but more towards Suna.
17. I'm a chunin who has an affinity for ice but can also use the blind attack where you create utter blackness and paralyze your opponent with it. I like to visit my friends in Suna and Konoha and I chose to not side with Akatsuki even though they offered when I found out they almost killed Gaara and are after the friend in my village that is the Jinchuriki and Naruto. But, even though I have powerful attacks, doesn't mean that I can actually use them. Half the time, they blow up in my face leaving me to look like an idiot. in fact, i don't even know how I became a chunin. I usually coat my kunai and shuriken in a thin, yet sharp layer of ice that is more effective to slice the enemy.
Yes, it was fun. I needed that after our power was out all day. A tree fell on the lines and we were forced to go to school. Actually, this helped me a lot. What I put down here, created a nice little fanfic in my head.

. we don't actually have a village. we are nomads and blend in all other villages. we have a fake village consisting of only the extremely old and sick. they are all carrying infectious diseases should an attack come. it is located on the furthest border of the sand village. it is also guarded with rate and crocs.
we use odor jitsus
we train crocodiles and rats to bond and fight with us
we hire ourselves out to clean up the other villages. no one notices us. we take anything we want. we sabatage our enemies in complete secrecy, leaving booby traps that can go off at the time of our choosing. should a village declare war on us we know of it by reading their garbage. we disrupt their plumbing, making the people pressure their leaders because they have no water and the garbage is piling. years of hauling waste make us strong and mean. our status as untouchable makes us valuble as spies. we do not betray allies. we do not turn on employers unless they turn on us. we are noted for our loyalty.
we make weapons out of whatever is available to us. we seldom bathe and use our chakra to enhance our foul odors. while we work we cover ourselves to identify us as untouchables. we can manipulate our own odors so that we don't offend when we work.
we also use water style jitsus. we use them to include attacks on the human body's own water supply. we can use it to drown an enemy in his own organs, have his systems collapse or just choke him.
every member is responsible for the raising and care of children. this is done on the move. we meet twice a year for festivals.
