Question: Do you mean Plastic Man instead of Lastikman? If it is Plastic Man, surprisingly, it would be Plastic Man, because there is little, if anything, that could defeat Plastic Man. Plastic Man has been frozen, his body parts scattered across the ocean, but managed to rearrange himself over time. He is virtually indestructable as his molecular structure has been permanently altered. Dr. Fate could use his magic to send him to another dimension and imprison him for awhile, or even use fireballs to "melt" Plastic Man, but Plastic Man has the ability to reconstitute himself and merge his body back together again. The only way Dr. Fate could defeat Plastic Man if he were to send him into space and into a Black Hole or something. Plastic Man wins.
