Well there are people that have photographic memory were they can copy people. Have you seen the movie Drum Line? Well the main character can copy beats when someone plays. Thats as close to sharingan someone will get.(well thats for copying)
That would be so cool if you could though,but to answer your question no you can't. When your friends starts being able to use genjutsu or see chakra the he might have the sharingan.
