Question: Ok, I need to write a paper for English...
don't ask, it's a long story.
but it's going to be about a girl who somehow has the ability to either make superheroes come to life by writing about them or can give herself superpowers by writing down what she wants to do at that given time...
ok, now I'm trying to think of an origin story and I'm drawing a blank. Any creative ideas about how she may have obtained her powers or realized that she had them?
the next task is deciding what cause she is fighting for, but I'm still working on that...
any suggestions would really help...thank you so so so much!

There was a horrible epidemic in her town and a lot of people suffered. She was able to produce an antedote (she should be a genius), but she was only able to because she tried the test antedotes on herself. Because of all the test tries she had, she aquired her unknown powers.
One day, she had a very hard day at school, and she was very frustrated. She got out her diary/journal and started writing about how she wished she could do this and do that (whatever superpowers you plan on giving her) to fix whatever happened at school. The next day at school, she realizes that she has the powers that she wrote about. She experiments with her diary/journal and the same thing happens again.
At first she tries to help out school problems secretly like stopping bullies and catching cheaters (etc), but she realizes that she could do so much more. She decides to apply for a night security job (lying about her age), but she falls in love with her employer (who is really good-looking ^^). Her new mission is to protect him with her entire life!

maybe shes the next step in human evolution?
well maybe she could have traveled into a forest that is rumored to have taken people from this world because she and her friends were playing or sumthing. then they arrive into a shrine for a demon or magical creature. she accidently releases it and she is given this power as a reward. but the demon/creature then reaks havic and she must use this power of hers to try to stop it after it runs away.
the creature could also be one of many demons or sumthing and it runs to release the others to take over the planet and make a world for only demons.

Maybe that she has a relative who was a famous writer and a powerful magician/sorceress/ or enchantress (u know like a great great grandaughter of whomever).
The cause can vary depending on if she is a hero, antihero, or a villain.
