he probably wont go back to the village because he left on his own will, getting revenge was more important to him, and he's probably changed as a person from working with orochimaru all this time....
however, i think if he can surpass itatchi he'll probably end up killing orochimaru.

Ah,well I don't know if you know this,but later on in the manga Sasuke kills Orochimaru,because he thinks that he his weak and can learn nothing else from him him. He later on gathers a team to go off and kill his brother Itachi. As of right now we don' know if Sasuke will ever return back to the village. Beside he probably will be though of as a criminal.

Im pretty sure once he gets his *** beat by Itachi (probably still hasnt mastered his Mangekyo Sharingan) he will stay away from Konoha. Like Orochimaru, Sasuke has nothing else to gain or learn from Konoha, it wouldnt make sense to go back (hence why he offs Orochimaru. Plus he was willing to kill Naruto, they're pretty much cut from his life (sorry if I spoiled)
