im pretty sure its black thats gelld back or something like that.

Im not sure they ever show his hair he always has dat sock thing on his head and when he takes it off the camera focuses on his waist down (like the episode when their in the sewer)its gay!!i hate when they do that like in other shows where they dont show the face of a character power puff girls and proud family it frustrates me!!!1
i dont know what it looks like but it has to be shiny cause in one of the episodes Ed takes it off and edd's head starts shining but they never should it. i think he only has those 3 hairs then hes just bald XD
