umm id say Amara, sailor uranus. she has the total tomboy complex and the outer sailors always seem better than the five regular sailors. i dont want to say they have more experience but they certainly act like they do. they dont mess around as much. so yea, sailor uranus ^^

if including rini (Sailor Minimoon) , i would choose her. even though she is really small or even seems weak, she becomes very strong whenever everyone in trouble...like the part where helios needed help activating the golden crystal. she is like the next sailor moon.
