Not for a long long time,or possibly never,we still have to see what happens with the fight between him and his brother,then after that who know,it might be possible that he will come back to the village. Although chances are that he won't. Besides they probably wouldn't want him back after all the trouble that he caused.

well the thing is he will first try to kill his bro itachi and IF he does then hes suppossed to be a transfer body for orochi and he new that ages ago but he also knew that he will only be needed as a body in 3 years so he convinced himsef that he will train and in like 2 1/2 years hell kill itachi and give away his body to orochi since the only reason he stayed alive was to get revenge but hopefully naruto will save him right after he kills itachi
well...chances are he's probably not going to return to the village, since he has been working with orochimaru
all these years. most likely, he's not the same person he used to be. but as for seeing him again in the actual series [whether or not he returns to the village] it could be a while
I'm not sure. He still hasn't come back YET in the manga...
but if he does..............
