Do you know this childrens cartoon?!

Question: Okay you slightly older folk, I need your help.

I remember from my younger days a cartoon where the main hero was a young boy and he always carried around a bag which held everything he needed in miniature form. Once he took the item out of the bag, it grew to full size and he could use it.

What's the name of this cartoon? It's driving me nuts!

sport billy!

Tom Terrific or felix the cat--both carried bags

wow, must have been a really old cartoon. I have no clue

I agree with K, sport billy:

Sport Billy [Lane Scheimer], a young boy from Planet Olympus, travelled with friends Sport Lilly [Joyce Bulifant] and dog Sport Willy [voiced by Frank Welker] in an effort to stop evil green-skinned Queen Vanda [Joyce Bulifant] and her troll-like fool of a cronie Sipe [Frank Welker] from ruining the world's sporting events.

Along the way, Billy made use of his magical bag - a bottomless pit holding unlimited items that assisted him along his way, much like that of Link from "The Legend of Zelda." They travelled in a ship that looked like an old key-operated alarm clock, complete with an "A.D." and "B.C." dial underneath it, for time travel purposes.
