Hold on need to check out the video first. Oh ya she is from the Naruto Shippuden movie I think her name is Shion,but the movie hasn't been released yet.

Well since it was recently released in Japan in August of this year,it still has to hit U.S. It is said that it i going to be released in the U.S. in April 23,2008. Looks like in the mean time you will just have to watch trailers.

It is the fourth film based on the Naruto manga and the first of the Naruto: Shippūden anime series. It was announced on November 22, 2006, in that week's issue of Shonen Jump. Plot summary
Demons that once almost destroyed the world have been revived by someone. To prevent the world from being destroyed, Naruto is to guard Shion, but she predicts Naruto's death. The only way to escape it is to get away from Shion, which would leave her unguarded, then the demons, whose only goal is to kill Shion will do so, thus meaning the end of the world. Naruto decides to challenge this "prediction of death", and not leave Shion.
I guessing its goingo to take about a week or two before it is down subbing andis up in the internet,but frst the movie has to come to the U.S. first.

everybody is right that shes from the movie, however the movies are not cannon, meaning they are not offical to the story line. so whatever meaning/relationship naruto has with this girl is only to the anime, and most likely will never be mentioned or heard of in the show
She is thh girl from the Naruto Shippuuden Movie, she isn't anything besides a mission and a person who he wants to be his friend. (he wants everyone to be his friend) He is simply supposed to protect her.
