well majin buu beccause he is the only one to really kill everyone on earth plus he was beating goku's *** at ssj3 power and basically goku had to cheat by using the dragonballs so he could get more power plus he took out everyone expect goku and vageta

Majin Buu. In my opinion he was the only really good villian they created. Don't get me wrong, the other villians are pretty cool too, but Buu was the only one that was truly destructive, and it was almost impossible to beat him.
