Who would win in this tag team fight: The Punisher and Galactus vs. The Living T!

It's actually more of an open-ended question than the first couple answerers indicated. Yes, LT is supposed to be supreme in this universe, (except for The One), but Galactus pre-dates the Big bang and is not of this universe. As such, we may expect that certain natural laws are different for Galactus. I'm not saying he would win, I'm just saying it's not an open and closed case.
Also, why would big acts like the Living Tribunal and Galan need teammates...? The era of the kid sidekick is over!
But, since you ask, I'm inclined to think that although the Punisher is peobably the better fighter, the Hobgoblin has the better mobility (via his goblin glider) and I'm inclined to think that if HG can stay out of Punny's way long enough (i.e., runs out of ammo), he can eventually land a finishing blow. Doesn't the Hobgoblin have some sort of ranged energy attack...?
My all time favoriet heavy duty tag-team match was in Secret Wars II, when Order, Chaos, Eternity, the Watcher and the Celestials pig piled on the Beyonder, and he beat them all!

according to the marvel fact book no one in the universe is above its judgement. except "the one" that is supposed to represent GOD.

to go along with what "cdf-rom" said, yes, Galactus was from before the big bang. but energy in the marvel universe is neither created or destroyed, it only changes form. so while galactus was around before the big bang (he was created in the big crunch) the universe is still the universe and the living tribunal governs that. So Galactus is not outside of his governance. if you disagree you should read the infinity gauntlet cross over in which galan (as well as the rest of the cosmic entities) is asking for the help of LT to stop Thanos and he wouldn't and no one could do a thing about it.

Of course, Punisher would totally Kill Hobgoblin before the match ended, though.
