On fanfiction.net what does it mean when a story is slash?!

Yeah it's like yaoi.
It just means romantic and/or sexual relationships between two guys.
There's also femslash. I'm sure you can figure out what that is now =P
Slash means that the pairing of the story is either male/male or female/female. Using Japanese terminology, slash means the story is either yaoi or yuri (although typically you see it used more for male/male or "yaoi" relationships)
Slash is the same thing as ShounenAi or Yaoi, just in non-japanese fandoms. Harry Potter, for instance, or television shows. It denotes a male x male pairing. :)
