Ironman vrs Blade= Ironman. While I am a huge Blade fan and he is one of my all time favorite comic and movie characters I just don't think he would be able to get past Ironmans armor. In addition, I think that with his armor, Ironman is just as strong if not stronger then Blade. Ironman also can fly and stay out of Blades range. The only advantage Blade has in my opinion is his healing factor but I don't think this would be enough considering the amount of damage Ironman could inflict vrs the damage Blade could inflict.
Hulk vrs Thing= Hulk. I think The Hulk is one of the most under rated comic characters. I believe The Hulk is one of the toughest comic characters ever created. His strength is almost unmatched as well as his healing factor and invulnerability. When he gets hurt, it just causes him to get more angry which causes him to get stronger and makes him even harder to injure. I think The Thing would be able to make a fight of it for a little bit but The Thing just would not be able to cause enough damage to put The Hulk down.
Blade vrs Black Panther= Blade. While I must admit that I have only read 2 or 3 Black Panther comics and most of my knowledge of him comes from reading other characters comics that he makes a guest appearance in. In addition, I am bias towards Blade as he is one of my favorite characters. As far as I know, I do not believe Panther has a healing factor. In addition, I also believe Blade is stronger. Blade also has much better and deadlier weapons. The only advantage that Panther may have is agility and that is a small one anyways because Blade is definitely no slouch when it comes to agility. I just don't see any way for Panther to win.
Captain America vrs War Machine= War Machine. This is another case of one of my favorite characters being Captain America but I just don't think he has enough offensive ability to get past War Machines suit. There was a War Machine suit that was designed by Tony Stark (Ironman) and there was one that was not. The more popular and prevalent War Machine was the one with the suit designed by Tony Stark so that is the one I am using here. While Captain America is quicker, more agile, and has a near unbreakable shield, I just do not think he has any weapons that can get past War Machines suit. War Machine also has a large number of deadly offensive weapons (very similar to Ironmans weapons).
Blade vrs Deadpool= Blade. This has been the toughest one to decide so far because these two characters are so evenly matched it is almost impossible to choose a clear cut winner. Blade has superior strength but Deadpool might be one of the few comic characters that has superior healing factor to Blade. Deadpool has been decapitated and survived. This is a feat very few characters in the comic world could pull off. They both have similar and equal weapons. Deadpool has above ave straight and agility but they are not on the same level as Blade. Deadpool is a martial arts master though and has exceptional hand to hand combat skills. I just believe in the end it would come down to Blade being part Vampire and having superior strength and agility.
Hulk vrs Hellboy= Hulk. This is similar to Hulk vrs Thing but I think Hellboy would fare better then The Thing but would still lose. I just don't see Hellboy being able to cause enough damage to The Hulk to defeat him. Like I said earlier when you injure The Hulk it just makes him more angry which in turn makes him stronger and harder to injure. Unless you can deal out huge amount of injury at a time to The Hulk, you just can't defeat him. While Hellboy is a worthy opponent, he is just facing too elite of a comic character.
Spiderman vrs Mr. Fantastic= Spiderman. This was one of the more difficult ones to decide. When I was younger, I always though Mr Fantastic was kind of a wimp. Now that I know more about him though, he is a pretty formidable opponent. His offensive capabilities are not great, but his defensive one are. He is very hard to injure and if you remember when he fought The Thing in the "Fantastic Four" movie he was able to subdue The Thing pretty easily without The Thing really casing him any major damage. Spiderman though has just as much range with his web slinging, he is stronger, faster, and more agile. When spidey is hit, he can withstand more damage then Mr. Fantastic it seems. I think this could be a pretty close match but Spidey wins out in the end. I just don't see Mr Fantastic being able to cause enough damage to Spidey to defeat him.

I am a pretty big Deadpool fan and I am pretty sure that while he had close ties with Death before they became enemy's, she did not grant him immorality. His healing factor came because he had cancer and was desperate for a cure and volunteered for a Weapons X secret project/experiment and that gave him his healing factor. Where the confusion lies is that the Weapons X experiment was initially thought to be a failure because no immediate results were found but later while Deadpool was with Death he attempted to take his own life and unknown to him that activated the dormant healing gene's from the Weapons X experiment. Do you think I am all messed up? I must admit it has been awhile since I have read the Deadpool comics, but I could have sworn this was the way it went. Iornman (because of his superstreath and indestrablitity, blade weapons wouldn't hurt him, and his vampire ablities wouldn't help him much.
Hulk the dude has taken out Juggernut, i really dout the thing will stop him.
Blade is half vampire with alot of weapons and the black pather dosn't have much going for him.
Captin America because no machine is going to beat him. the would be smart enough to break a machine.

Iron Man over Blade. What can a guy with edged weapons do against someone as powerful as Iron Man? Iron Man has invulnerability, firepower to level a city, and super strength.
Hulk has defeated Thing on several occasions already and is far stronger than him.
Blade is stronger than the Black Panther and has a killer instinct that the Panther doesn't have. Blade will go farther to win the fight.
In a straight brawl, War Machine would blast Captain America of the map with his superior fire-power. If Cap had time to prepare, he could outsmart War Machine. Cap is a supreme strategist and has outsmarted stronger opponents numerous times.

ironman vs blade - ironman; blade really isn't on his level with the suit.
hulk vs thing - hulk as already kicked his butt in several comics.
blade vs black panther - he can call upon the panther god to grant him significantly increased power (agility/strength/senses) and can even turn into a panther/human hybrid.
cpt america vs war machine - cpt america beat down iron man before and it's the same thing minus tony's brainpower with more weapons. the thing about all of iron man's suites is that you have to know their weaknesses and cpt does because of his close relationship with tony stark (avengers)
blade vs deadpool - deadpool is immortal. his immortality was bestowed upon him by "death" herself.
hulk vs hellboy - hulk, not a contest. one of the most powerful people in the marvel universe. (cosmic entities not included)
spider-man vs. mr fantastic. - mr fantastic because of his brains and gadgets.
