Anime means is an advance version of 'cartoon'. Anime is came from one city and popularized it, has so many different kind of episodes and and many characters involved in one anime serie. You called it anime because it is only categorized and titled by one name or two or group hereos in the scene

The only anime I know of that has zombies in it is called Zombie-Loan. I am pretty sure this is it, as there are few anime that have zombies.
