Sakura I actually think Sakura for this one,Sakura has actually gotten better then she was before. She has super human strength that is similar or like to the 5th's.
Kimimaro,Kimimaro would defiantly win. Well for a couple of reasons one h was the leader of the sound ninja four,so he commended them so that showed he was stronger and more skilled then they were. He has the curse mark which can increase his strength,speed,chakra,etc. and he has his blood line limit,so h could use that against him
Zabuza I think Zubuza he has more battle experience,strong and was part of the 7 legendary swords from the mist.

Sasuke could definitely beat Sai, obviously because he can fight on par with several different Akatsuki members like Deidara and Itachi. Karin's fighting abilities have not been shown net so it is impossible to know. Kimimaro because it is said that Kimimaro could take control over Jugo with a single glance, plus Orochimaru wanted Kimimaro's body, not Jugo's. Suigetsu. Zabuza has a sword and water jutsu. Suigetsu has a sword and the ability to turn into water.
