253 The New Target:
Naruto, Sakura, and Kakashi return to Konoha after completing their mission, but Naruto needs to find a new member for their team if they want to go meet with Sasori's spy. As Naruto desperately seeks out a new team member, a mysterious boy with strange abilities attacks him.
You also see her again in the manga later on when Naruo again goes after looking for Sasuke. Naruto and Hinata are on the same team.

To answer your question she is seen once right after the rescue Garra Arc. and then not till sometime in the next 30-40 episodes where Hinata's team assists Team Kakashi with tracking down Sasuke. These episodes however haven't been released yet.
