Well his parents died because Itachi assassinated the Uchiha clan. As of right now, he is living with Orochimaru. But right now (in Shippuuden) I'm not sure where he currently lives 'cause Orochimaru changes his hideout a lot. In the regular Naruto series...I think he lives in a small house or a apartment. He lives by himself just like Naruto but he pays for his own things because shinobi get paid for missions.

He lives in the Uchiha estate. They had like a whole ******* section of Konoha to themselves. If you remember the episode where they show him coming home late at night to find that Itachi had wiped out the clan.

when he's in Kohana, in the dorms oposite of Naruto. when he left, he lives with Orochimaru and Kabuto in their many hideouts.
