for all my Inuyasha fans out there, I ask that you sign this petition to fight for more Inuyasha episodes, I'm not saying that it would actually happen but if enough people sign this then who knows what would happen. I also ask that everyone pass this link to other people that are Inuyasha fans as well. Its free and it doesn't take a lot of time to do.

Ive already signed a "more inuyasha" petition on that site... so long ago.
and I dont mean to shoot your hopes... but I dont think that its gonna happen.

thats how anime is. most animes cut short and then they let the manga continue.
you also have to think about the bigger picture.
Anime takes up ALOT of money, is alot of work, and consumes ALOT of time... especially compared to the manga.
How many chapters of inuyasha are there so far? like 550?
the last ep of inuyasha was 167.... they would have to make (approx.) like 300 more eps to conclude the series.
and even if they did want to add another season or 2 (each season of inu is 27 eps).... it would still have a bad ending. maybe not as bad as the one it did... but it wont be like the manga.
i asked this question to VIZ workers in the NY anime convention last year and they said that there will be no more new eps of inuyasha.
some people online claim that there will be a 5th movie... but then when i checked it out (the trailers and stuff) they were all just scenes of the the reg. anime.
i hughly doubt that there will be.
i dont mean to sound so pessimistic... but its the honest truth.
inuyahsa is my favorite and first anime... i love the series like crazy.... but i seriously think that thats the end.
ill sign again anyway.... because, hey.. you never know, right?
but i SERISOULY doubt that there will be more eps.

I agree with Kira, I doubt writing a petition would bring the anime back. I;ve seen quite a few already with lots of signatures. Too much time, money and work is invested into anime, and the petition would have to be in Japanese, not English
dude sign all you want but the animation studios have given up on inuyasha, they got really frustrated with the creator for continuously dragging the story on and on and on when it could have ended many times already. hell the manga is still going in japan, so they see no point to keep repeating his cycle of, inuyasha is about to kill the bad guy, he gets away, gets stronger, inuyasha upgrades his sword again etc. i'm sorry but everything is about profit and its not worth their time and money to see a fading anime, that has to compete with a lot of other shows. their not going to do it for american fans because they don't make money off us compared to their home land
I just signed the petition. The logical side of me thinks no way but the side of me I listen to sure hopes so. If we do see any more Inuyasha anime, it will be a while.
