They already did this fight, actually. DC vs. Marvel #2... it was a while back in '96. They end up destroying the entire grand canyon, but Superman wins.

It really depends.
The Hulk gets more powerful with anger, if he calms down he reverts to normal.
Superman can be wore down after a time, but replenishes his powers from the Sun.
So if the Hulk can get Superman underground long enough or in space someplace away from the sun he could beat him easily.
But on Earth, Superman would win because the writers say so. Even tho Doomsday was DC's verison of The Hulk, and Doomsday killed Superman.
