Th first anime I ever watched was Sailor Moon. I was around four or five when I started watching it. I'm 16 now and I still luv it! I ttly luv watching the series in Japanese.

Sailor Moon. I remember back when I was in elementary school, my freinds and I used to do nothing but talk about that show and how cool it was. It kind of scares me to think how obsessed I was, but I can't really say that much has changed. I've always been an anime freak ever since I was a little kid. It's in my nature, and I have no plans on changing it any time soon.
well..it was totoro next door (this was the sub only before it came to the US)......i wasn't a kid i was 18....but that was like 16yrs ago....LoL
I dated a girl in high school that loved Sailor Moon...she made me watch it...I never really got it...
Pokemon, I didn't really get addicted to anime though until my friend started bringing over Ranma 1/2 videos. Man that was some funny stuff.

Haha, the first anime I watched was definitely Sailor Moon. It's really hard to remember most of the anime I watched as a kid. Pokemon and Cardcaptors and DBZ came after that!
Sailor Moon was definitely something I would watch again, if not just for the memories it would bring back for me. I'm a big memorie junkie! I loooove reliving everything like that. I used to sing the theme song to that around my house, and put my hair in pigtails, wishing my hair were a bit longer... and blonder... haha. I LOVED the magician guy... ohh, I had a crush on him.
Most of my friends weren't into Sailor Moon though... and I always wondered why. But it was made apparent as my love for anime continued to grow over the years and I was the only girl in my 5th grade class that watched DragonBall Z and Inuyasha. ^_^; Haha.

Digimon! I watched Pokemon too, but Digimon had a more intense and entertaining story line. I was always curious what would become of their adventures in the next episode in Digiworld.
It's fun being nostolgic, and thinking what a contrast to the darker anime I prefer now like FullMetal Alchemist and Death Note.

Although I watched Sailormoon, I didn't really get into anime until YuYuHakusho and InuYasha aired. I watched them by accident when I was 12 in 02. My friends had talked about animes days before I watched my first one. Before I actually began watching animes, I acted like I watched them to "fit in." lol. I understood what they were raving about the moment I saw them. I thought Adultswim was stupid before then. lol.
It was either Sailor Moon, Pokemon, or Hamtaro!

sailor moon and dragonball z! i couldn't get enough of sailor moon i even bought the sailor moon barbie and prism locket when i was a kid. me and my friends used to play pretend sailor moon when we were kids and i always picked to be sailor moon or saturn. i think that sailor moon was one of the better magical girl animes.
