Question: In some of latest chapters in the Naruto manga, Jiraiya says something to Pein like "I know your true identity"........Anyone have any ideas on what Pein's true identity is??

Ya, it just what it mean,when Jiraiya said that he mean that pein is Negato,his student. Pein probably killed him and used him with is 6 bodies.

i thought he was refering to the destiny child's true identity. Which he stated was naruto. He than went through some flash backs and they were all about naruto.

Pein is the leader of the Akatsuki!!!! Second in command is Konan. It's kinda confusing but sometimes they take orders from Tobi. So Tobi could be the true leader undercover. Tobi is an Uchiha!!!! He could be Madara!!!
