All of the Naruto soundtracks are done by the great Masuda Toshio, who also composed the amazing soundtrack to Mushishi.
Is done by Masuda Toshio,he writes and composes all of the music in the show for Naruto,and has made 3 soundtrack for Naruto. Unfortunately,he doesn't compose any more music for Naruto Shippuden.
