Pencil boards are plastic and are supposed to be flimsy. That's just how they are made. So it's fine. In Japan they're called Shitajiki. Here:

Ehhh... Some of that anime merchindise stuff turns out to be flimsy! I am REEEALY Careful when I shop for stuff like that because people RIP U OFF! happens all the times with t-shirts! some are really good an others are flimsy! They think they can rip us off WELL THINK AGAIN OLNINE MARKETERS!!!!
