they's a small part when naruto and jiraiya went to go search for tsunase being about 100 or something

Check kakashi gaiden, perhaps? Or the episode when the 4th hokage is killed by Orochimaru. There should be a few screen shots from that episode.
to answer the question...they show a clip of him when he was younger during chunin exams and when he fought the 3rd hokage

You can also find clips of him as a kid during the Naruto episodes. As well as in the fight between Gaara and Kimimaro,the flashback to when Orochimaru's a little older though.

type search on yahoo for images of "sandaime", it should show you a picture of sandaime Hokage with Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Orochimaru as children. Orochimaru shown here has a serene look, golden eyes, white haori top. All 4 are wearing body gloves, pretty nice picture.
