I really like this manga. It has full of action, adventure, romance, and some comedy. The manga can be quite confusing since you won't be able to know much about the bad guys unless you keep reading. Other than that, it's a great manga.
Syaoran and Sakura knew each other since childhood and they are in love, deeply. However, Sakura somewhat "unleashed" her power, causing her memories to be lost, and as well as the whole universe to be at stake. Syaoran, who didn't know about this, had to seek help, and so he met a witch who told him that Sakura's memory turned into feathers, which spread to other world, and Syaoran must get all the feathers before it's too late (both Sakura and the universe). Soon, the other two people from different world, also met the witch and Syaoran for their own reason as well. They then had to travel from world to world...
I personally think watching anime is better since it has really good background music, which fits really well with the scenes. Maybe if you have time...

Here's another manga you can take a look. I didn't read much of it since the anime is WAY better (and almost everyone says that). That's up to you though. Speaking about anime, Shakugan no Shana has a lot of actions and as well as romance and school-life. All those storyline and terms can be confusing a bit, but it shouldn't be much of a problem.
Yuji, a high-school boy who expects his life to be normal forever. But that's not true. One day, he first met a huge enemy, and as well as a girl hunter who hunts down enemies. Her main goal is to keep the world balance, meaning not to let too many people die. So much things to explain, so yeah, read it and you'll understand. ;-)
