No one knows what Kakashi's true face really looks like. If you recall in episode 101, Sasuke, Naruto and Sakura attempted to take Kakashi's mask off by tricking him multiple times. However they couldn't cause he was sneakier than them ^^ But in the end he decided to show them and he said, "Under this mask, is.... another MASK!" LOL, that's all we know. Each time he doesn't have his mask on, his face is either covered by his hand or a book or some bedsheets. No one knows what his face really looks like, the only person who saw was Amaye, the girl at the Ramen Bar -- let me tell you -- she was impressed!

Well that's just it no one really know. There is a picture out there though,that someone had made up as fanart,but it is not real. Although in episode 101 gotta see,gotta know. Naruto convince Sakura and Sasuke to try and find out whats under Kakashi mask. Throughout the episode the try and sneak around to see he take it off,as well as other ways,to how to get the mask off. At the end though they just ask to see what under his mask,and it turns out to be another mask. Most of the time is face is covered by something like a book,so there really hasn't been any site of what he looks like.
