The 3 doujutsu's are:
Sharingan
Byakugan
Rinnegan
However each of them have different techniques and different sub genres of that eye.

[Edit] Yes, there are more than 3 doujutsu's but their not highlighted upon and mentioned mostly in the fillers only.

The Byakugan and Rinnegan (I'm assuming that's what you were trying to spell) are less complicated.
These appear to be the only three eye-types in the manga/animated series to date.

Theres more than that. The sharingan was derived from the byakagon and the reenegan was said to be held by the first ninja who had all elemental chakra in it.
There are really only 3 types of Doujutsu (eye techniques):
Byakugan
Sharingan
Rinnegan
However there are different versions onto the Sharingan. Not really anything for the Byakugan and Rinnegan.
For the Sharingan there are pretty much 3 types/version to it:
Sharingan
Mangekyou Sharingan
Mangekyou "Implosion" Technique (Unnamed) (Kakashi's MS)
There is also another eye technique,that is used by a boy named Ranmaru, who was in the filler episode. The eye technique doesn't have a named,but is capable of seeing through walls and a persons life force.
