What happens to the dead bodies in Dragonball z?!
Question: This is a weird question like but i was wondering what happens to their bodies...like they can die on Earth and their bodies are left behind. Then they go to the other world and get revived by the dragonballs......doesn't that mean they can go and visit their old bodies lol?

i assume you're a fan of the edited american DBZ. in the original japanese anime, the only charecter who's body vanished was goku, the first time he died. other than that they're bodies just lied there like they would in the real world. (or were gone cause they exploded or were vaporized like chouzu and cell). the first cut of DBZ in america, however, severly edited the footage to show EVERY fighter who died mystically vanishing, which never actually happened.
the reason they could train physically in another world while their dead body remained on earth was never explained. maybe something to do with them actually training their "ki" as opposed to actually training a flesh and blood body. who knows.
::edit:: sorry i missed something in your question. i don't think their dead old bodies would remain after being revived, but it's a possibility, since it's never been confirmed. one would just assume that the dragonballs just gives them new bodies, since their "soul" or whatever dosen't go back into the old body or anything.
their bodies dissapear on earth then their sent to king yemma in other world. usually if your a fighter you get to keep your bodie and train with king kai or you go to heaven or h.f.i.l which is hell in the dbz world. and they can only be revived once by earth dragonballs and more than once by nameks
they go to the Afterlife ,or Hell ,or Otherworld.
