Who would win in a fight, Spider-Man or Dracula?!
Question: This already happened in comics (cant' remember where though), and Spidey won, but only with the help of Dr. Strange, so one on one, Dracula wins.
The reason is that in the Marvel Universe, Dracula is one of the most powerful spell casters (almost on par with Dr. Strange) and the most powerful vampire in existence, in fact, Dracula is stronger and faster than Spidey.

I mean, Marvel had Spidey take on the entire X-Men team by himself in Secret Wars and he wiped the floor with them.
He biotch slaps Wolvie, traps Rogue in his webs and just deals out massive spankings to the others.

Now, if Spidey was dealing with a vampire like Ankasha or Deacon Frost as the Blood God, then the vamps would totally own Spidey's azz.

well if spidey makes a web cross and he is a believer his speed and power should suffice and he could break off a piece of wood and cram it plus spider sense would help him out a whole bunch so spiderman will walk away
Spider-man has superhuman strength, Dracula's just a vampire. Although spidey would have to stab him with a wooden stake I guess.
