Well Neji really doesn't like Tenten that much,it really more the other way around were Tenten like Neji. Um,I 'm not sure of scene were he really show anything,although something close to that is when they are fighting Kisame in Shippuden and Tenten collapse and Neji gets her in his arms.

Did you check crunchyroll or youtube for the mangas? In crunchyroll it doesnt really show the attraction but you always see them more together than as individual. My best bet is in the shuuppedin episodes to check
I don't think that there is one. Neji never shows anything like that. But, as for Tenten, in every episode she is in, she says how awesome Neji is :)
