Hellsing, the anime?!

Question: I just finished watching the anime Hellsing. It was great but there were some things that I did not understand. One of the main things that I did not understand was what was really going on in the last 3 episodes of the anime? From what I could understand, the Queen abandoned the Hellsing organization and left them to die, I guess you can say. Can anyone clarify what happened in the last 3 episodes? I know in the last one Alucard fights with Incognito and kills him by melting the silver cross and using it to impale Incognito, which is a reference to Dracula of how he used to impale people. But what was happening with all of the fighting at the Tower of London and at the Round Table Conference?

At the time the Anime was made The Hellsing Manga was in it's Second Volume of the currently 10 volumes of Story. Incognito was never in the Manga and it was an outrage to many fans considering the much more stronger foes that Alucard faces in the Manga, yet Incognito is given a High standard and Alexander Anderson, a very strong and important part of the Manga is given an much weaker portrayal. Now that we clarify that.

In the Last three episodes The Queen and the convention covers there own @$$ by making Hellsing look like an traitor organization. The Same one who is making the Freaks send Incognito to kill Alucard and The Queen. Incognito, who is nothing out of the ordinary, Seems to be powerful enough to give Alucard a Hard time. Meanwhile Werewolves and other beasts roam The Castle to distract any possible aid for Alucard. Walter dies saving Integra who is still ill out of ep 9.
Incognito Cuts Alucard to shreds. Later Alucard manages to become one again thanks to all the blood in the Castle (That particular Tower is famous for it's Torture Chambers). And as you noted Kills incognito much like Vlad Dracula would.

At The End Integra was going to be tried as a traitor to the Crown as a said to cover their @$$es. Alucard offers her to become a Vampire and she seemingly accepts. Now here is a part that bugs me. 1 Alucard is Dracula, not Dracula's Son as many believe, it is stated so in the manga. He feels deep hatred towards Abraham Van Helsing (Integra's Great Grandfather) since it was Him who imprisoned him and took away everything he had. So Alucard doing this thing out of Love for Integra is ridiculous, It sounds more of a vengeance toward the Van Helsing to me. In The Manga he never proposed that type of thing, because he respected her (Still hated Van Helsing though). 2) Itegra accepting, Was a complete betrayal towards her family and her pride. after accepting Alucard's sireing she would become his servant, and like I said that would be a kick in the gnads towards Van Helsing.
