Maison Ikkoku! Oh it's such a good show, with a rare absolution in the end. I cannot recommend it enough. It's so good, 20 years after the anime/manga ended they made a live action tv show based off of it. If you really like romantic animes and mangas, this is truely one of the best. ^_^
If you can take ecchi romantic animes, Girls Bravo is pretty good. And so is Mahoromatic. Although Mahoromatic has a really stupid ending. But the other 99% of the anime and manga is awesome.
